"La maison et la piscine étaient superbes, même si je n'avais pas compris que c'était loin de tout. La maison était très bien équipée, sauf quelques éléments que je détaille apres. L'accueil de l'agence était sympa, ainsi que le kit de début avec les "socca" et le vin, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A conseiller..."

"Le fait que ce soit la dernière maison de la residence privée et qu'une voiture soit vraiment nécessaire. La maison était bien équipée, même s'il y avait des petites choses mineures : tv dans une des chambres ne fonctionne pas, climatisation dans une autre, plusieurs éléments abîmés (chaises, lampes...) ou des ustensiles inexistants (maniques, produits de nettoyage de départ, ...)"

"Ausstattung teilweise defekt (kein Kaffeefiltersieb, Senseo-Sieb defekt, Whirlpool im Bad hat nicht funktioniert) nur ganz wenige französische Fernsehsender, in einem Schlafzimmer gar kein TV-Empfang in 2 Schlafzimmern keine richtigen Kleiderschränke schmale Doppel-Betten, Matratzen passen nicht dazu Starkstromleitung führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei Falsche Beschreibung vor Ort erhalten: W-Lan Passwort war von einer anderen Unterkunft"

"De host heeft een taxi geregeld die ons van de trein kwam halen en die de sleutels bij zich had. ging heel soepel. Het is een perfect huis op een goede locatie, ruim opgezet rondom het zwembad. Heerlijk om hele dagen door te brengen. Daarnaast is Nice de perfecte locatie voor dagtripjes. Een huurauto is aan te raden."

"de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe en het houten deck rondom het zwembad is heeft wat slechte plekken. Verder uitstekend."

"Had a fantastic 1 night stay here. The hosts were very friendly. The accommodation was exceptional, with everything we needed. It was clean and the sweeties were a lovely gesture, as was the water and beer. Only a 10 minute walk in to a lovely, typically French town. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely stay again."

"Beautiful view just breathtaking. Terrace pictures, studio pictures are true to likeness. Lovely pool. The sofa bed is double size and comfy. So 2 double beds. Just tucked away so no shop/bar/restaurant nearby. If your in car not an issue great parking provided. The beach accessible by lifts and steps and is beautiful.. Town is amazing with lots of nice places to see and dine. Very authentic. Close to station and Ubers reasonable. Worth being tucked away as the location view just great. Would return."

"Location and breakfast are the 2 reasons I keep returning to this hotel. Rooms are clean even though not spacious. Electrical heating is not always easy to turn on. Shower and bathroom outdated with very little amenities This time I was in the attic room. Nice one. Perfect location, walking distance to most facilities on Bethune. Breakfast is great and there are clod and warm options too now. which makes it even better."
