"Spotless, and the area is very secure. It is also a walking distance from Lidl and in front is an asian store. It has an elevator and secured entrance. Very convenient place and spacious. All you need in the kitchen is available, like the cutleries, pots, and pans."

"The apartment is fantastic, spacious and secure. Maximilien was super responsive and made us feel welcome and organised! Having underground parking is a bonus and it’s a really short walk to the line 12 metro. Loads of shops and amenities nearby."

"Not an issue with the apartment, more of just an awareness of the area for people who are not used to cities. Aubervilliers is a bustling cosmopolitan community. I personally felt fine as I speak a little French, but with any city suburb would suggest not being alone at night!"

Good value for money but the property requires a security deposit before arriving at the stay that is a pending transaction held until the host checks the property for any damage and is then cancelled."

"Bare Windows-no curtains or nets in the bedrooms which made getting ready/sleeping difficult Coffee machine didn't work. Beds were like sleeping on a peice of cardboard. Toilet kept running with water after every flush so was noisy. Neighbourhood is dead. The highlight would be that there is a lidl store just down the road. Ppl seemed to be withdrawn and miserable in this area. We took the metro to elsewhere for a livelier vibe and found just that a few stops on the metro. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and clean inside once you get over the shock of having no curtains in your room."
