"It was lovely but what makes it exceptional is its staff."

"If I wanted to be picky , the step in the bathroom was a little dangerous."

"great hotel, great service nice design will defiantly come back"

"breakfast needs improvement its small and not varied enough"

"The atmosphere and staff where amazing"

"Loved the room and the location. Lovely to have a porter beer our taxi on arrival and take our bags and deliver to the airport.loved the voucher for two free cocktails at the bar. Close to laundromat and many amazing eateries . Hotel restaurant was nice. Staff were all very obliging."

"The complete lack of night lights in the bathroom. This had a step which was a trip hazard it was about 150mm-200mm to get to the toilet and shower area. The lighting system took some getting used to."

"Great staff- friendly, accommodating. Location was great, too. Decoration was pretty and interesting. Even when street was noisy, the sound proof windows really kept out the noise."

"The room wasn’t ideal : The bed pushed against the wall on one side was very uncomfortable and surprising for a 5 star hotel. The lighting was so dark (even with all lamps on) we couldn’t see anything without straining, get ready properly, etc."

"Well located; nice staff. Room/atmosphere good"

"Expensive. Loads of controls over lighting, heating in the room. Maybe too old, but took ages to get hang of. Toilet n bathroom pretty dark."

"Perfect place in a perfect location"

"Breakfast was super simple and mehhhh, I made a joke in my head that it was prepared by roomservice, not by chef"

"The breakfast was meagre for a 5 star hotel. Took a long time to be served (every day). Coffee was always luke warm, omelettes always overcooked. Poor choice of fresh fruit. More like a 3 star hotel breakfast. And awful, blaring music - inappropriate. Good location."

"The lighting set up in the bedrooms was a complete nightmare to negotiate - far too complicated. A change of level with a step in the middle of the bathroom was dangerous. The room was quite large for Paris, and a comfortable bed. The separate toilet was so penumbrous (and impossible to increase the level of light) that it was unpleasant. For an expensive 5 star hotel it lacked much."

"Chic design, thoughts of every detail, great location."
