"25 minutes by walk , or 6 minutes by car to city center. Super U and some bakery near by apartment. Clean. Parking place"

"Cozy apartment, clean, comfortable. Owner was very kind with me. Supermarket, gas station, baker, ATM, all around 300-500 meters maximum. Centre ville just 20 minutes walk!"

"The room was great,everything you needed, just a short trip to the supermarket to get tea,sugar milk etc"

"The landlady texted us in French, all correspondence was in French,we didn't speak French, we had to find someone to translate, also thought it cheeky to have to strip the bed before we left, it was isolated, so to go to eat we had to get a bus or taxi"

"The apartment was renovated and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had a good shower. Kitchen well equipped. Parking was in front of the property and secure. Approximately half hour walk into centre. Supermarket close by. Washing machine facility."

"El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Muy bien equipado para cocinar y estar cómodo. La cama era cómoda. La dueña muy atenta y siempre pendiente de que todo estuviese bien. Había café, un buen detalle."

"There was no breakfast; the location was in a residential area, so finding a close by restaurant for breakfast proved to be a challenge. Best to make breakfast in the apartment as very good facilities."

"The Chalet was charming, well appointed, well equiped and comfortable. The owner Damienne was always supportive and helpful. We were able to converse successfully using translate apps that are on smartphones. I would highly recommend this chalet. The location is good, we were able to easily drive (up to) and park at the Bettex Arbois lift car park. There is then a walk (say 200m to the lift?). If you use the bus it takes you directly to the lift. We hired a set of skis and boots from a shop within a few feet of the lift. Their English was excellant and cannot recommend them highly enough, Loca Ski Betex 4360 Route du Bettex, 74170 Saint Gervais Les Bains. We found them via the Alpineresorts.com web site."
