"What is there not to like?! This property ticks all the boxes and many more. It has sympathetically restored with a keen eye for detail and quality. "For a family of five it was spacious, very well designed and appointed. Immaculately clean and private. Its location is perfect for those who are sightseeing as very easy access to main roads to get to places such as Rouen, Versailles. Yet it’s very quiet and tranquil and we slept very well. The owner could not do more to be helpful and friendly."

"Very comfortable, well located and clean little house. Well-equipped so you can cook, a good stock of spices, sugar etc that makes life easy for the guests. Frank is really great and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"De ligging is super ! Je kijkt over de vallei uit en ziet roofvogels en paarden . Het huisje was helemaal in glas waardoor je het gevoel hebt dat je buiten leeft. Het was niet echt proper ( ramen jammer genoeg redelijk vuil ) keuken ok"

"Right in the centre of Grezieu-la-Varenne, a small town, but with a wonderful bakery, an Italian bistro, and shops. We felt very safe, and the local people were lovely."

"After camping in a tent for nearly 3 weeks we wanted a place to stay half way back up to Calais and fortunately found this amazing place! The home was perfect, absolutely everything you could ask for, and in such a lovely quiet place it was exactly what we all needed to have a night relaxing. Roby and Maly were perfect hosts and I don’t doubt that they would go above and beyond if you needed anything at all. The garden was a lovely surprise and the ideal setting to unwind once we’d arrived, if it’s peace and quiet you want this place is unbeatable. Waking up to find pastries on the door was such a kind gesture and one we truly appreciated as we had completely forgotten to bring breakfast with us!! As we do this trip every year we will be making sure to book here from now on and hopefully for longer. Can’t thank you enough Roby and Maly, see you next year!"
