"Beautiful hotel ,staff are excellent the view from balcony is great."
"The only problem we had was a dinner at the bistro which we thought was on the verge of bad and expensive"
"Absolutely stunning. The property is gorgeous, the grounds are gorgeous, truly amazing. The views over the lake are out of this world. The staff do anything to help. The rooms are beautiful, well-styled with lovely Evian touches that really make it. Breakfast in the room was amazing, it was also amazing in the restaurant. The pool area is great, the staff on the bar are amazing too. We absolutely adored everything about this stay."
"The SPA is beautiful yet at certain times it's overloaded with kids, it may be a certain family hour but if so this needs to be communicated clearly at check-in,"
"Stunning views, great location, very good service standards"
"The measures on the glasses of wine were extremely small. For 15 euros you would expect a decent glass of wine."
"A true gem - exceptional value for money."
"Aucun."
"Great resort, great location, manicured gardens and friendly staff"
"The food at restaurant La Table was a little bit below expectations for a five star hotel. Breakfast - conventional nothing special, would have expected a bit more sophistication and farm-to-market products (again, for a hotel like this)"
"The spa facilities and restaurant are outstanding and better than expectation."
"Was having a late morning and enjoying my lying in bed. The room service team keeps knocking the door."
