Hôtel Monet

"Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute walk down to the old town, shops and pretty yacht basin. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, with lots of space and a large comfortable bed. We had a sheltered sitting area outside which was nice after a long drive. The continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. On site parking was right outside the room and we even had a sign with our name on it showing where to park. It was a lovely, comfortable stay and we will definitely stay here again."

"I wish we could have stayed longer than one night"

"The location. It was an easy walk into the historic town centre and very quiet. Safe car parking. A lovely breakfast for 13 euros. Friendly hosts."

"Hotel Monet was halfway up a steep slope. This didn’t worry us."

"Parked outside the room. Outdoor terrace, quiet location, short walk into town, room clean and comfy."

"Very friendly and efficiently run hotel with private parking. Excellent bedroom and bathroom facilities and own patio area."

"We needed private parking, so it involved walking into Honfleur. It's an easy short walk down but a steep climb for older people like ourselves."

"Nothing exceptional."

"Having travelled around Brittany and Normandy staying in different hotels, I thought this was overpriced for what it was. Limited parking on site had to park on the street. The shower was over a mini bath, for someone with limited mobility made this unusable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were hard. Decor was a little tired. 10 min walk into town was down a steep hill as hotel was midway up a hill, so again, with limited mobility, this could be very difficult. Wasn't really a hotel as much a motel, nothing warranted the high-end price tag."
