"The location was perfect, a stone's throw away from the Sanctuary. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was appropriate for pilgrims and for a place to sleep (just don't expect 4 or 5-star level service and facilities; this is more of a pilgrim place rather than a fancy white people-style hotel). I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple and nice; they also do lunch and dinner service at the hotel restaurant, but you'll have to reserve/ask about that."
"Water pressure on the 4th/last floor could improve, but then again, if you're going to Lourdes on a pilgrimage and you're going to complain about something as trivial as hot water pressure, you might be doing your pilgrimage wrong."
"Lovely stay at this hotel, reception lady so accomodating and arranged the parking for us. Short walk to the Sanctuary and the Grotto. River nearby so you can hear the water stream. We enjoyed our stay in Lordes."

"The care we had was exceptional…especially since I am lactose intolerant so could not eat some of the (excellent) food…but something was always added so I could have a complete meal. We had a lot of very good advice on what to do, and never felt rushed over meals. The view was superb..so close to where we needed to be!"
