"A young member of staff at reception called Solena, was very professional kind and helpful, who also spoke brilliant English. However, we believe she lost her job and that was her last day. It is very shortsighted of the management team to sack such a valuable young member of staff."

"The location was amazing, near enough to walk everywhere you need to get to but not too close that you are bothered by noise. The local area is filled with lovely independent businesses. We recommend Fauna for coffees and breakfast, the Petit Mitron boulangerie opposite makes excellent pastries for great value. Round the corner you have Kubri for a dinner and Delicattesen place to grab an evening wine and some great food. The spa was a lovely facility to have access to, the steam room and waterfall pool were good for post city exploring relaxation."

"This is a classic old French city centre hotel, opposite the railway station. Things are a little 'worn', but it was perfect for one overnight. Limited free parking is available, which is a bonus, and breakfast – typically French – was excellent, the croissants were still warm from the boulangerie! The extra bonus, of course, is the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral just down the road, a magnificent building."
