"The hotel was located in the centre and a 2 minute walk from our friends' place. The check in was easy. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Being able to park in their secure carpark was a bonus as spaces are not always available. The continental breakfast was very good and ample. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Thankfully, it is not a corporate hotel. The public areas displayed a lot of interesting bric-a-brac; many of these items were available for purchase."

"The location is incredible, with amazing views from the rooftop terrace. The pool is a wonderful addition. It's a short walk into town which has great bars and restaurants too. For us, a bonus was the proximity of all sorts of wildlife like bats, swifts, black redstarts, hoopoes, even hobbies… every day."
"Everything! Nicole and Gerard's house is fabulous, and their kindness is unmatched. The room and house were spotless. Nicole was preparing delicious home.make cakes and bread for breakfast and all her produce are home made and delicious. Great stay all in all."

"After a very long journey, this place was exceptional, very peaceful, beautiful garden and magnificent pond. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and good bathroom. Breakfast was very good, homemade yogurts and jams. I would have liked to be there a few days!!"
