"It says the hotel has parking facilities but when we arrived, they said all the slots are full. While booking this hotel, this facility made us book this place. The woman in the reception gave us a bad attitude because we couldn’t wake up and checked out at 11:40."

"Clean comfortable room with lots of storage shelving, and a safe. Great spacious bathroom and rain shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very fresh. Staff was great with service and cleaning. Friendly staff, bar on hand snacks and pizzas. Location great. 2 tram stops from Gran Centrale station. Easy 10 minute walk to tram stop. Parking on site, secure."

"Only space to lay one suitcase and a little tight around the bed area, unless you are skinny. Had to queue for breakfast, seating quite cramped. Coffee machines couldn't cope with demand. Parking a little chaotic and tight for large cars"
