"Superb location with view over harbour.well equipped with all facilities. Great location to explore the area and restaurants and local bar within easy walking distance. Ample free parking"

"The apartment location is excellent overlooking the marina and harbour. A short walk from a couple of bars, restaurants and a boulangerie. Access to the apartment is easy via a lockbox and inside, although quite small, it is very well equipped and clean. The balcony is a treat and we spent happy hours just watching the world go by. The coast is a short walk away along which there are footpaths to enjoy. Overall very good."

"Lovely little gite in a traditional French village. Private parking for one car in a gated courtyard & a lovely outside seating area. Very quiet & peaceful location The château, village amenities & river are all within a short walk. Also a great base for exploring the Loire Valley. A couple of supermarkets & a vineyard just a 5 minute drive away Elisabeth is a lovely host & even shared her birthday cake with us. Brush up on your French though as she doesn't speak any English, we managed ok & one of her young sons helped out too😊"

"The location is great. There's always something to explore in Vieux Nice. It's near the Cathedrale Vieille Ville tram stop and everything else is within reach. Direct access to the airport from line 2 Garibaldi Château stop. The apartment is comfortable and the water heater is great."

"nous avons aimé l'ambiance : une maison avec une âme de voyageuse : tapis, gravures, livres évoquant des contrées lointaines... le charme des meubles anciens... les équipements modernes de base qui fonctionnent... le jardin d'arbres fruitiers nous accueillant pour regarder les étoiles... la salle d'eau toute neuve et très jolie... les théières et les thés... le linge de maison impeccable... les produits d'hygiène et de ménage généreusement fournis (pas toujours le cas ailleurs)... le clocher qui tinte les heures... les prairies au loin... les hirondelles et les chauve-souris qui mangent les insectes : pas de moustiques pour nous!"
