"The host was charming and super helpful - especially as I stupidly locked my keys inside my running car while scraping ice from the windscreen when leaving. Being new years day, there were no garages open to help. On returning to the hotel, the host helped with a hammer to break a side window and plastic sheeting and tape to reseal it before my trip hoe. What a start to the new year. Thanks to the host though, this might have ben much much worse."
