"Very cosy; friendly staff; beautiful garden. Would definitely come back here to stay. The family room we had was beautifully decorated."
"Apart from light continental breakfast and a light but delicious sweet afternoon tea served from 3pm onwards, there are no catering options at the hotel. However, there are lots of restaurants a short walk away. The property is on a small road where it is difficult to stop outside the hotel to unload the car."
"Hotel was very French chic set in a cobbled street. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of homemade produce. They accommodated well for gluten free guest."

"Bed was pretty hard and pillows weren’t great, so I didn’t sleep very well. Breakfast was a traditional continental style but sadly without any fresh vegetables (eg tomatoes) or hot options (eggs) which I found a little disappointing. My daughter was very happy though with the pastries and sweet options."

Peggy was so helpful and charming. …. Advised us on where to rent bicycles and supplied 10% discount leaflet. A Wonderful hotel full of charm and character . Great restaurant recommendation and reservation made for us . We enjoyed a glass of chilled wine in the garden before we went for dinner . Excellent breakfast overlooking the wonderful garden ."
"Our Room … number one was very small, but still very beautiful…. Only downside was that cistern on toilet ran constantly when flushed but we figured out how to stop it . If we we’re staying again we would request a bigger room"
