"The complex is very pleasant and the location is amazing close by the beach, bars and restaurants. I understood that the appartment had been redone the year before. There is as well the complex swimming pool with an attached bar and restaurant. From the balcony you can see the sea from a distance. the appartment was very clean, and thanks god for the airco. Though the appartment is advertised for 2 to 4 persons, I would recommend it for 2 people. for 4 persons, it is very small, as 2 need to sleep in the living room and the other rooms is actually upstairs in a mezzanine setting. The owner of the appartment was very nice, easy going, welcoming."

The flat itself is large, clean, and nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the extra utilities you might need for cooking. The view was a real highlight for us. We were two adults and two kids and stayed very comfortably. We would definitely recommend it."

"Monica and Warren were so welcoming, kind and very informative about the area. The gîte was very cute downstairs then a bonus was stairs up to a huge cosy lounge and another set of stairs up to the 2 bedrooms and bath/shower/toilet, plus another toilet downstairs. Monica really does do attention to detail, with everything you could need. The gîte was nicely located by the river which you can walk along into Jarnac, and Cognac was a short drive away for lots of amenities. We could also park for free right outside in the public car park."
