"Location, location,location, in the middle of the historic villages. Appartment is newly renovated and has a good vibe. Lastly the free parking facility (2mn walk) is great."
"Bed is pretty small (140x200) and the appartment is pretty cold in the winter. The only heater (very noisy) is in the bedroom. So living and especially shower are quite cold. When we arrived there was only limited warm water (not enough to shower). Probably caused by the fact that there were no guests before us and therefore the boiler was off. Nxt day that problem was solved"

"The location just a few metres from the old port is exceptional with easy access via the free bus to other parts of Dinan. Very quiet street even though it is just around the corner from many bars and restaurants. Easy access to the river with beautiful walks. Well equipped kitchen was much appreciated. Our host was very easy to contact and very helpful."

"The apartment was bright, spacious and clean with a private garden. The suburban location was good being close to both Cannes and Grasse and with easy access to the A8 autoroute. if you have a car it was a good base to explore the Cote d'Azure. Emilie met us there with the keys and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped for a comfortable stay."
