"Endroit au calme, très propre et récent, le spa privatif est un grand atout, le velux au dessus du lit donne une ambiance agréable le matin au réveil, on se souviendra de cette soirée ! Je vous recommande la raclette car les produits que l'on nous a apportés étaient de qualité !"
"Les fenêtres de la pièce principale donnent sur les fenêtres des voisins qui sont assez proches, n'ayant été là que de nuit ce n'était pas dérangeant, mais en journée c'est peut-être moins bien si on ne veut pas de l'ambiance cosy tout le temps"

"The property is conveniently located a short walk from Bolivar metro but we used Jaures as it was better served by connecting trains and only a 7 min walk along an attractive street with lots of lovely patisseries and food shops. There are numerous neighborhood restaurants and bars nearby and Belleville is only a short walk in the opposite direction. The property contains 4 double rooms (one with an en-suite shower and sink) flats with this many bedrooms is unusual to find in central Paris and it was reasonably priced. It also has a sweet patio area off one of the bedrooms"
