"Everything was great! I was the first person who rented this apartment, so everything was just new. The apartment has everything one may need, from a teaspoon to all other kitchenware. The location is great as well, just 5 minutes to the lake with an amazing view on mountains, the neighborhood is very green and looks safe and cozy. There are a big private parcking, supermarket and drugstore near the house. The owner is extremely nice and pleasant in communication. I liked my stay here so much. I'd definitely book it once again if I'll be vising Annecy next year."

"What a lovely small boutique style hotel with very friendly owner/staff. This is the second time we have stayed where the less than 2 hour journey from Caen/Ouistreham ferry port offers a super overnight stop when travelling further south (or back to the ferry). The rooms are large, stylish and spotlessly clean. There is convenient parking and great brasserie restaurant onsight for evening meal"

"Really good location, close to the centre, but quiet and peaceful. Nice terrace to have a relaxing drink on after a day out. Great host who was easy to contact and gave lots of recommendations for bars, restaurants and places to visit."
