"L'emplacement du logement en plein cœur d’Alès avec un accès directe au commerces et aux évènements de Noël : parades lumineuses, parade musicale. Le logement est également très bien, avec de grands espaces et aménagé avec goût."

"Th location of this property has to be the biggest selling point to anyone visiting Bordeaux who wants to be bang in the middle of the old town quarter with ease of access to walk, tram or bus anywhere nearby . Another significant factor for this apartment was that it has its own private terrace which is secluded and peaceful. Within the property all your needs are catered with a real home from home feel."

"A comfortable well-equipped apartment. Fourth floor, with elevator. Not really in the center, but if you need to park your car, you would hardly find better. We appreciated the big balcony. A free individual parking place is offered, but we never used it, because there was always an available parking slot on the street nearby."
