"Le rapport qualité/prix. L'emplacement très bien desservi en transport en commun. Bien que l'appartement donne sur une rue, c'est très calme L'appartement est très propre, clair, joli, assez spacieux, bien équipé. Arrivée en autonomie avec explications très claires."
