"Overpriced poor quality hotel. Very cheap quality furnishings small uncomfortable bed. The bathroom smelt of urine, extremely disappointing. I’ve not stayed in a hotel for over 30 years where your room needs a key."

"Didn`t have breakfast as we had to leave the hotel at 6.30 am to catch the ferry."

"The staff were terrible. When we entered the hotel we were totally ignored by the lady in reception and after some minutes I said that we had a reservation. At dinner my moules were overcooked and my partner`s steak was so tough it was inedible. I complained and the steak was sent back uneaten. I left the dining room and went to my car outside to get my passport. One of the staff followed us out of the hotel shouting at us about the paying the bill. Where did they think we were going as we were staying in the hotel ? I was made to feel like a thief. I said when paying the bill I did not want to pay for the steak, as it was so bad . The receptionist kept shouting at me in French , speaking far too quickly and would not accept that the steak had been extremely tough. I eventually had to pay for the whole dinner and left the reception and went to bed . I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. The staff have no idea about customer care and we were made to feel we were a nuisance rather than welcome guests."
