"Lovely, welcoming host. Clean,fresh and spotless apartment with everything we needed. Perfect location,quiet city street close to bars, restaurants and amenities. Apartment beds were fresh,clean and comfortable and bathroom too. Highly recommend for a trip to Nantes....every time!!!!!!"

"The location was tops, really in the city centre. It has all the amenities necessary. Although it's in the shopping area, once the windows are closed, you don't hear the street noise."
"The bedroom on the mezzanine level is half a foot too low. But this didn't bother us much as the living room was quite big."
"The location is excellent, close to the historic city center, ideal for exploring on foot. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area. It connects easily with the tram and buses. The apartment is beautiful, very bright and clean, and has a small balcony overlooking a shopping street. Communication with the host was easy and quick."

"The studio apartment was compact but had everything we needed including a Juliette balcony that opened onto a bustling street. The bathroom was great and the washing machine a great idea. It was close to local restaurants, bars and attractions. We also took a day trip to Paris and being within walking distance of the train station was excellent. The owner was friendly, helpful and responded incredibly quickly to any questions we had. A great find, excellent value for money, would definitely recommend."

"The previous reviews don't lie: the appartment is perfectly located, right in front of the beach with a stunning view. Just this, made our stay so great. The apartment is even better than on pictures: it's clean, you feel cosy, nice style and decoration and super well equipped. For 1 or 2 people it's perfect as there is a separated bedroom. And it works for 3 or 4 people too thanks to the bed sofa in the living room. The parking behind the building is pretty convenient, especially during summer when it's busy everywhere. And, the "cherry on the cake": yes, the owners are really lovely people who will try their best to accomodate you in the best conditions."
