"An outstanding property in a central location, with easy walking access to the centre of town. Parking no problem and near appartment. Communication with the owner was easy, informative and helpful. The appartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and apppointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds with good quality linen. Everything exceptionally clean. I would recommend it as an exceptional appartment to stay."

"The property was self-catering and the kitchen was very well-supplied with equipment + basic supplies. Melissa met us to give us the keys and explained everything we needed to know. The house had everything needed + it was a pity that we weren‘t able to stay longer, and that the weather was never good enough to enjoy the garden. Matthieu even contacted us one evening to ask if we wanted to turn the heating on, however the house was warm enough without the heating."

"Very good location. Quiet place, but near enough from the down-town. The room is a small house in a private garden, and well isolated. The system inside is completely new and clean. The most impressive point for me is that I could use a own parking space with only 8 Euro for one night, also quite near the room. Very nice for the users, who visit Renne by car. The owners are very kind and gentle. No bad point I found."
