"Location is central. Good lay out of the unit. Bed was comfortable."

"We paid for 3 people but there was no sheet and blanket for the sofa/sofa bed. There were only 2 pillows and they’re saggy."

"Very central first floor location is ideal, but street noise may be an issue for light sleepers. Plenty of kitchen equipment, white goods, towels, soap etc. Place was very clean and cinvenient."

"TV was a bit tricky to select channels. Instructions how to turn on hobs would be useful."

"The flat is very clean, well equipt and in a very good central location. Perfect for business stays. The host has excellent communication and very quick to respond."

"The street that the property is on is in an area with a lot of people loitering, especially at night. I had no problems, but it may make other solo female travellers nervous."

"The apartment was in a great location, really you cannot be more in the center of Nantes than this! The entrance is a bit spooky as it's a really old building, but nothing to worry about. The apartment itself is renovated and absolutely fully equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable bed, quiet and warm (we visited Nantes in winter). Bathroom was nice, could have another shelf or something to put your stuff on. Nice communication from the owner, provides every information about the check in etc. Cleanness was good on the most of the apartment, such as bed, bathroom, kitchen etc, but there was a sense that someone did clean basic stuff and not everything (e.g. the windows that separate the bedroom from the main room). To conclude, the apartment is highly recommended (especially for the price)!"

"Just a reminder that there is no elevator and the steps to the second floor are a bit narrow (we didn't have any problems but someone may have)."

"Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nantes. L appartement était parfait pour 2 personnes. Notre hôte nous a transmis les informations à distance mais il a été très réactif et arrangeant."

"Emplacement en plein centre-ville, appartement donnant sur cour donc très peu de bruit, tram au pied de l'immeuble."

"Coût prohibitif du parking en centre-ville. Il faudrait conseiller aux visiteurs en voiture de sa garer au parking relais Prairie de Mauves puis de prendre le bus C3 qui a un arrêt devant l'immeuble. C'est sûrement le plus économique quand on reste plusieurs jours."
