"We liked the central location in Avallon and the stylish decor. We really appreciated having a balcony. (The property has a door code for the building and the flat has keys in a key box. This is not an option on the survey bonus question about access to the property.)"
"There is a restaurant with outside tables very close to the property so some noise until fairly late in the evening. It didn't spoil our stay but it was September so there weren't many people sitting outside."

"Studio moderne et tout confort dans une bâtisse très ancienne rénovée. Joli agencement,literie confortable, poutres et sol d'époque de même que l'escalier. Linge de maison fourni et propreté impeccable. Arrivée et sorties faciles grâce à une boîte à clefs. Emplacement central et parkings gratuits à proximité. Communication facile avec Caroline qui répond rapidement et efficacement aux questions.Merci à elle. N'hésitez pas à aller visiter Avallon,vous serez conquis !!"

"Le gîte a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût, et a un charme fou. Les descriptions et photos sont très fidèles. Il est situé en plein centre historique, donc on ressort à pied se balader dans le quartier. Avalon est une bonne étape pour faire le nord de la bourgogne, et je conseille vivement d'aller au centre d'info touristique ( qui est à deux pas de la location), car la personne qui nous a reçu nous a vraiment éclairé sur l'organisation de nos deux jours, pour faire des boucles différentes."

"We loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was. The owners had built an enclosed area outside the patio doors so we were able to leave the door open and not have to worry about our dog escaping. The sun terrace had the most amazing views and enjoyed chatting to the guests from the upstairs apartment whilst watching the ferries going back and forth. It was a great location for seeing the area, and accessing Le Shuttle."
