"Nice, compact little apartment with a balcony. Well equipped, comfortable for two people, has everything you could need for a few days stay. Very good location, close to everything and Annecy is amazing. Host is super communicative and easy to get to."

"Unfortunately it is really quite noisy. This is not the owner's fault, it is a given. The street noise is less disturbing, but the constant knocking from the upstairs neighbor from 11am to 1am was horrible. Maybe she learned to dance in high heels. A curtain for the balcony door would be great. The bed is 140 cm wide, which was unusually small for us."

"This property was a great location for the station and centre of Annecy. Many cafes and restaurant options as well as groceries. Cooking facilities included complimentary coffee and tea. Very clean and easy check in."

"Better fan as it was still quite warm and more kitchen utensils for cooking, otherwise everything was perfect."

"J'ai fait une réservation de dernière minute, on nous a très bien accueilli.L'appartement était propre et comme sur les photos. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pied et se promener dans la ville. On reviendra c'est sûr."

"Les deux seuls défauts est que le check in est assez tard (18h) et qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette par personne ce qui peut être assez peu quand on reste plusieurs jours"

"The accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area. There is more than one flat in the building and our apartment was on the ground floor and a good size, especially the main room which had French windows opening onto the little front garden. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for cooking a simple meal. Our flat had secure on-site parking right outside the door and there was also a small area with tables and chairs outside. There is a bakery within walking distance - about 10 mins away."
