"Lovely staff and lovely rooms only thing is that the bathroom was on the smaller smaller side but nothing major for a short stay for 2 of us. Only a 25 min walk from effiel town and 2 minutes from a tube station so very convenient and easy."

"Staff didn’t tell us how to get in when the office is shut later at night, wasn’t made aware of the side door."

"Friendly and welcoming staff made the stay very pleasant. The hotel offers a convenient breakfast option just steps from the lobby, which was a great way to start the day. The location is excellent as well, with a subway station right next door, making it easy to get around the city."

"The bathroom door is designed in a way that it doesn’t close, which feels a bit awkward and inconvenient—especially when sharing the room with someone."

"Excellent location, big enough juniour suit for 4 people, very good beds, clean, nearby several pharmacies, bakeries, sweet shops"

"Airconditioning in one of the rooms did not work, but they fixed it on the next day."

"There were no towels in the room. We had to pay for towels & didn’t know this until I was actually in the shower!!! Never stayed anywhere in the world where I’ve had to pay for a towel to dry myself with after a shower or after I’ve washed my hands!"
