Maison de Benedicte

"We loved the maison de grand style of the French provincial yet comfortable and relaxed"

"Parking was a bit complicated but once you got the knack of it was fine"

"Benedicte was a charming and delightful host, happy to share the history of her historic home and give guidance on places of interest if asked. You really got the full French experience and the breakfast was great. Benedicte was happy to cook some lovely boiled eggs for our growing teenagers."

"Initially locating the private parking for the house took a few drive-bys. But other than that hiccup, all passed smoothly"

"Beautiful house, Benedict was a perfect host. Thankyou."

"Lovely old characterful house. The hostess is very warm and welcoming and enthusiastic about telling the history of the house and family. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had and includes a speciality Bretagne tart."

"Nothing really"

"Benedicte was such a wonderful host! We loved staying here. The house is right in the town but hidden behind a wall so you wouldn't know it's there. On arrival you need to ring the bell on the blue gate and Benedicte will open the gate for the parking. Beautiful big house with loads of character. Our room was enormous and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"Such an old and beautiful house and loved by its proud owner. We had a lovely breakfast. The bathroom is huge. Private and safe parking for the car. Lovely gardens, which you can sit in and enjoy."

"As the room didn't get the sun, it was a bit cold."

"Lots of character, and very welcoming host."
