"L'emplacement proche du centre ville, des magasins, du marché. Nuit tranquille/calme dans quartier résidentiel. Accès au cinéma à 5min. Accès au bassin d'Arcachon à pied en moins de 10min avec les enfants. Plage du grand Crohot sur la cote Atlantique exceptionnelle, accès en 22min en voiture."

"The owner was very friendly, welcoming and showed us everything. He really took time to explain everything to us and answer any questions or give suggestions on what to visit, where to eat etc. The flat was really tidy and very clean. Everything was pretty new and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. The place is located perfectly: near to the beach but also to the centre. All in all we'd like to give it a 10/10. Perfect experience. Very recommended. We'll return as soon as possible."
