The Mercure Epinal Centre is located next to the Moselle River, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Epinal and a 10-minute walk from the TGV Train Station. "The stff were great, a wonderful welcome on arrival and very helpful on check out too. A nice restaurant and good service there as well. Very comfy bed with very nice cotton sheets."
"Not being able to park securely as the car oark was fully booked. Instead, I was lucky and got a spot on the pavement outside the door, but that wasby chance."
"Breakfast was great. Hotel is not quite the centre of town but easy walk into town. Most restaurants close from 2 until 7pm so that was a little difficult as we were there for an iceskating competition with early mornings so wanted to eat early. Great to have a fridge in the room. Lovely room size and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Beautiful little town that really celebrates Christmas in a big way so beautifully lit up and we were there for their annual Christmas procession which was a lot of fun."
"No milk in the room for tea and coffee, so we just popped into the grocer and got our own and we also had to remember to fill a water bottle at reception and take it to the room."

"This is two star hotel and is excellent value for money. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. It is located about a 1 km from the citadelle. A good base from which to visit the Verdun battle sites from WWI. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good for a 2 star hotel."
