"I like the caring attitude of the reception (Natasha). She checked out on me, as I said I was going to the nearby parking, but only show up after dinner and hanging around the festival. I also love the great choices for the breakfast. Great coffee, tea, céréales, crêpes, gâteau breton."

"Staff very helpful and pleasant."
"No bath, no smart TV options. A bit of noise at night from people in pub next to hotel."
"Location and room were very good. We were there for the Olympic Torch arriving, so had a great view."
"Breakfast was a bit basic. Would have liked more variety for the price we paid. Air-con wasn't on due to the fact it doesn't come on until June (seasonal), even though it was warm weather, so the bedrooms were very warm."

"Both the counter and cleaning staff were excellent. Every request I made at the front desk was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. The cleaning staff greeted me and one morning I was late out of my room,.told the cleaner not to worry but still came back to a clean room. The restaurant is excellent and I ended up eating there most of the time."

"The Roman baths and the restaurant was excellent"
