"I am confused about the deposit rate of 600 EURO we had to do (as a guarantee) for the property to let us in. Deposit which we found about, after we made and paid the reservation... There was no information about this requirement at booking.com, when we picked this location... I think this information is crucial for everyone! So please say it before."

"Todo ha sido una maravilla. Una casa ideal, en un entorno de ensueño y Fany una anfitriona excepcional. La casa de madera en un pinar es una casa xperiencia maravillosa y desconexión absoluta. Es preciosa con todo lo que necesitas para pasar tiempo en el maravilloso porche viendo el bosque lleno de pinos y para descansar en un entorno único. Además esta muy bien ubicada y accesible a cualquier punto que quieras visitar. Gracias Fany! Volveremos seguro"

"We arrived late in Paris, around 8pm, and unfortunately our room wasn’t ready due to a curtain repair. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi and sauna, even though we had only booked a standard room. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt very luxurious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient—close to the metro and only about 30 minutes from major tourist attractions. I also want to highlight their excellent customer service. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they promptly mailed it back to me while keeping me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Fatenne for the outstanding service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel."
