"It was in an interesting location in the renovated dock area. The staff were friendly, room comfortable and the communal areas were nice."

"Just a little more focus from the staff - they sometimes seemed more interested in their computer screens than guests. Tables seemed to take a long time to get cleared, making communal areas a little messy at times."

"Location, cleanliness"

"The necessity of the deposit even though there is no mini bar in the room. Didn’t get that. Also, the room was quite cold in the winter, the heating system didn’t help much."

"The location is great! Staff as always very helpful and the breakfast really delicious - the baguette and the croissants tasted as they should, seems they work with a good bakery. I am always happy to stay here."

"Simple and comfortable. Great staff."

"A larger table to work in the room would be great."

"Modern and fairly trendy young hotel."

"Fire alarm did go off at 2.30 in morning. Everyone evacuated. Smell of burning toast in reception. 🤔"

"Fantastic one night stay at Moxy Bordeaux, would recommend due to being pet friendly, parking nearby and easy to get in and out of the city from. It's a great spot and is around a 30-35 minute walk into the main city centre, the staff are really helpful and friendly and the general ambience in and around the hotel is nice."

"Nothing to add here, there wasn't a bad / negative moment during our stay here, everything was really good and I'd definitely stay here again!"

"Great location, nice property"

"Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were perfect and breakfast was very good value. Public car parking only a 2 minute walk away."

"There is no specific eating area for meals so it is just to eat in the bar area."
