"Good value for money at this price tag, for a self catering small studio, with an easy access by tram. Is perfect for a solo traveler with no major space requirements."

"Affordable accommodation, perfect for short stays. As a couple with a toddler it was perfect for what we needed for a short weekend stay. A place to sleep, clean up and have breakfast. We were worried about the parking as there is none on the street of the apartment but we were happy to find the main road has free spots available and it's free."
"One complaint would be the pillows, they desperately need replacing. Also, the radiator is not securely attached to the wall and needs reattaching. We weren't able to use it one of the colder nights as we were a bit scared it would come off the wall."

"Petit studio d'une pièce, grand lit, confortable et proche du Tram T2 menant à Valenciennes , d'un supermarché, des résidences universitaires Estudines et de l'école d'animation Rubika. Parfait pour, comme dans mon cas, parent accompagnateur."
