"The location is wonderful. Heating works nicely. The flat is goodly equipped, charming and nicely decorated."

"There was no hand soap and no dish washing products. Maybe to have the cleaning products for the bathroom would be good when someone stays longer, since it is a flat and there is no cleaning on a daily basis. Also, it would be great to have more toilet papers. Small details as coffee and tea bags upon arrival would be nice detail."

"In my opinion more than two towels should be available for one person for 5 days of stay. Also towels should be different sizes, for hands and for body. Also more than one paper role should be in bathroom. It would be great if there would be coffee capsules/tea bags available in the kitchen at least for a first day of stay."

"The location is perfect. It is directly in the middle of Castres with easy access to cafes, restaurants etc. The windows are double glazed reducing noise with indoor shutters keeping out light."

"All good. Some things are missing like more sauce pans needed, corkscrew, maybe more bathroom towels if your stay is longer than 3 days but this can be easily arranged. Stairs are a bit doggy but there is a lift."
