A modern building (by Parisian standards) - which meant the lift worked reliably, the heating functioned without issue and the rooms were spacious (again, by Parisian standards). Plus the check-in process was seamless and the property manager could not have been more helpful."

"The apartment is large and comfortable. Close to the subway, supermarkets and restaurants. There were basic items available such as olive oil, coffee, salt. The owner was solicitous in all communications. The bathroom is big and the shower is excellent."

"It wasn't something that hindered the stay but some basic kitchen items are missing. The bedroom fan is broken. There could be a fan in the living room because there is no air conditioning in the apartment. It wasn't very hot but we went in the spring, in the summer it can be a problem. But it didn't disturb our stay just a feedback, I would come back for sure!!"

"We had a few issues that were attended to promptly by the host ie replaced bedroom pillows and added another fan. This was appreciated. The design of the sink is a little strange and seems to leak from the tap though it’s not a disaster and I’m sure Axel will figure it out. All in all, a good stay with a responsive host."

"Super clean and pleasant apartment with great location - just a few minutes walk from Parmentier and Saint-Ambroise metro stations. Plenty of food options around the street. The host was especially helpful and arranged for a portable fan immediately upon our request, appreciate it! Highly recommend."
