The place is well located and in a safe area, on the street below there is a market which makes the experience more Parisian and less touristy. "It was a lovely little cottage, in a peaceful setting, with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ we could use. The hosts owned a basketball court which they were kind enough to let the children use. There is nearby free parking. There's a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. Bléré has a small riverside beach, and it was central enough to the Loire region to reach most places within 30mins or so. You do need your own car/means of transport."
