"Exceptional location - close to lovely lakeside beach, next to cycle path and near amazing boulangerie and excellent supermarkets. The villa is new and finished to a high standard. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor space - the mountain views from the garden and the BBQ and outdoor eating area. Would definitely return!"

"Really lovely villa - there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. An information booklet would have been helpful. And more towels would have been appreciated for our party of six adults. But these are just suggestions … we had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend Villa Cornelia!"

"Ready modern, clean, spacious house!! We slept so well on the comfortable beds. The view from the kitchen window is wonderful. Plus points: Screens to darken the bedrooms. Mosquito nets in the windows upstairs. Spacious shower. Interactive TV with a lot of options. Garage for the car."

"The stones in the garden are not nice to walk on - specially for the kids. There were mats on them, but still a bit inconvenient. We had hoped to be able to access the lake very close to the home, as the shore is so close looking on he maps. It is however not possible to access the lake direct at the house. Its a 500 meter walk to access the "Plage Les Choseaux - Clos Berthet" which is with grass and a great area though! A map/folder with tips how to navigate in the area would be useful. Like ; how to get to the city of Annecy, rent a boat/kayak, tips on restaurants, bike rental, etc."

"This home is exceptionally comfortable and conveniently located near the bike path, public beaches, grocery stores, and a patisserie. It is very clean and fully equipped. The garage was perfect for storing our rented bikes each evening. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio for our meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a nice cool retreat after spending most of the day in the sun at the beach."

"On-site key retrieval would make check-in easier but management was flexible & friendly about our meeting time changes."

"Sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes, neues Haus in hervorragender Lage. Es hat alles funktioniert, es war ruhig. Super war die Lage direķt an dem genialen Radweg und trotzdem gut fußläufig erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der tolle, saubere See ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!"

"Ein bisschen tricky war die Klimaanlage, die beim Check-in trotz Nachfrage nicht korrekt erklärt wurde. Wir haben es aber dank intuitiver Bedoenbarkeit schnell herausgefunden. Kein echtes Problem. Für 3, max. 4 Bewohner gut ausreichend. Für 6 eng."

"Mooie villa. Prima en rustige lokatie, 5 min lopen van het meer. Goede voorzieningen in en om het huis. Supermarkt op loopafstand."

"Airco’s werkten maar waren erg complex in bediening. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een man die weinig wist over de omgeving (bijv. dichtbijzijde strandje). We konden alles vragen maar een vraag via Whatsapp werden niet beantwoord. Ook niet bij en na de check-uit geen reactie. Dat kan wel wat beter."

"Prima locatie, dicht bij het meer. Het is aan te raden om de verhuurder te vragen om tips voor strandjes in de buurt. Er zijn meerdere leuke kleine strandjes vlakbij. Iets verder weg is het strand van St Jorioz zeer aan te bevelen."

"Het huis is nieuw en heel goed geisoleerd. Koeling is d.m.v. een warmtepomp. Het was toen wij er waren zeer heet en de warmtepomp had moeite om het huis te koelen. Het beste is om overdag de ramen en deuren gesloten te houden, en de luiken te sluiten."
