"We were looking for classic French chic style and comfort for the family and this is exactly what we found in this apartment. Everything is of high quality, works and well hought out, attention to detail is amazing. Mathieu is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Location is slightly less than ideal and it’s reflected in the price I think."

"Travelling as 2 senior couples, we liked the separate bedroom and bathroom areas. Kitchen was well fitted out with appliances, including washing machine & dryer. The lift was essential because we were on the 3rd floor. We also liked the area - quiet street but near transport, shops and restaurants."

"The bed seemed comfortable but I woke up with a sore back on several occasions. Facilities mentioned that toiletries are provided, but there was no shampoo or conditioner in the main bathroom. I messaged the owner who said I could get anything I needed from the corner store. I sure can but that's not the point. We had a lot of trouble with the dryer until my husband cleaned the filter that you access through a small metal panel at the bottom of the dryer - not a filter that gets cleaned after every load.... this was a maintenance issue."

"This was such a terrific apartment. So beautifully decorated & very comfortable for my family of 4 (2 teens, husband & I). The kitchen was incredibly well appointed - best I've ever seen in a holiday rental apartment. The linen and bedding was wonderful & there was a good amount of space for luggage in each bedroom. The living area was so welcoming & we really enjoyed our time there - we stayed over Christmas. The hosts even provided a bottle of wine for us waiting at the door on arrival!!"

"The apartment was in a great location; close to supermarket, restaurants, shops, etc. Was within walking distance of the Arc De Triomphe, Louve, and Eiffel Tower (30-40 mins walk but the metro station was close by if walking was too far). The apartment was 2BR, well appointed and had everything including a good kitchen. It was on the 5th level so we needed to use the lift (very small, 3 people with no luggage capacity, but these small lifts are common in France). The host was always available to respond to any questions we had if we could not find something in the apartment."

"One of the bedrooms was quite small so not much room to move outside of the bed. The photos of the apartment when booking appeared to be more spacious than what it was but I think this is the norm for countries like France."

"Great kitchen, large comfortable lounge room and dining area. Quirky ensuite shower in main bedroom. Well appointed second bathroom. Manager on site (day time) It was close to cafes and restaurants, walking distance to Eiffel tower."

"Twin beds were pushed together, they needed to be separated. No hanging or draw space in the master bedroom."
