Villa kriss

"Unmatched location for staying in Nice! We were there for the Semi-marathon and were so close to the action as well as all of the wonderful restaurants, bars and markets Nice has to offer. There were 5 of us in total and all had plenty of room! Clean, comfortable and a very calm experience. Would book again in a heartbeat!"

"The main bedroom is very noisy - especially on Friday and Saturday nights due to the proximity to the bars & beach. However, I think that is the price you pay for having the most stunning view of the beach & Castel. Items like toilet roll, soap and washing up tablets/liquids were scarce so my recommendation would be to supply more of these / bring your own. The place was incredibly clean however. There is also a €500 deposit to be paid prior to arrival - this is fine, but just a watch out as I was not aware of it beforehand."

"The location was excellent, couldn’t have asked to be closer to the buzz of the old town. The apartment was also very spacious over three floors, very clean."

"Only complaint would be noise from the road. But the view from the veranda windows is worth it!"

"Beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable property with everything you can think of. Breathtaking views and wonderful location. With the flower market / food market / Old Town at the end of the block, we couldn't ask for a better location. So glad I booked this property and would definitely book again."

"Road noise was noticeable but in no way a deal breaker."

"Great location on the seafront & old town! A very spacious property on 3 levels. Ideal for our family of 6 adults. Beds very comfortable & the 2.5 Bathrooms, one with both a Shower & Bath were luxury! The kitchen was very well equipped with many utensils, FF, Oven, microwave, coffee machines, a great kitchen to cook in! The Balcony was lovely to sit out on in the morning & evening to watch the sunrise & set with the backdrop of the sea!"

"The noise from the road traffic between the property & the promenade, early morning & nighttime, but we would stay there again & would recommend it."

"Remek helyen van a Villa.Közel az óváros,puac,boltok.,éttermek,strand. Gyönyörű a kilátás a tengerre az erkélyről."
