"Friendly and helpful staff. Location"

"No kettle or hot drink facility in room. Whilst breakfast was ok. Would have liked the option to choice what we wanted instead of being given the food, as I don't eat meat and it was wasted. Also noticed that other guests left food they didn't want."

"Well placed for what I needed"

"Had parking but go for space 320 or you will need to be a contortionist to use 116"

"Friendly receptionist, very clean and tidy, room comfy enough, decent location and a fair price"

"Bust loo seat didn’t look good, very dark corridors with heavy doors and hard to see switches for lights, hard work with a bag! Radiator always on so the only way to control the temp was to open the window. Is this what you call four star?"

"This is the biggest hotel room I have ever seen in Paris! The room was exceptionally quiet even with the window open, we had a very large, super comfortable bed and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast is set and served to you, for us it was too much food (boiled egg, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit salad, coffee/tea, juice) - but all very tasty. An easy walk to Gare du Nord or l'Est and in a great location with restaurants and the metro etc. nearby."

"It's pricey (but this is Paris!)."

"Amazing breakfast and really clean structure. The stuff was really nice and kind with us."

"No kettle and the bags in the room"

"The staff were lovely & the location was well-situated near Gare du Nord, with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Room was clean & comfy!"

"The receptionists were always helpful and welcoming and our room was so comfortable with quiet efficient air conditioning, quiet road outside, well stocked shower room and very comfy beds and pillows. So many fabulous restaurants and cafes around the hotel, such a great spot!"
