With views over the beach, Tremadog Bay and towards the ruins of Criccieth Castle, Caerwylan Hotel is situated 10 minutes’ drive from the edge of Snowdonia National Park. An en suite shower is provided in each room at Caerwylan Hotel, as well as a flat-screen TV, double glazing and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms also have a bath. During the warmer months. A full Welsh breakfast is also included, and the property has a well-stocked bar with a wide range of spirits, wines and locally brewed beers on offer. Dinner is available in the Tonnau Restaurant, which features a regularly changing menu. Hiking, cycling and watersports are just some of the outdoor activities which can be enjoyed within the Snowdonia National Park. Portmeirion Village & Gardens can be reached in just under a 20-minute drive.

"Location and view from room. Dinner Staff were friendly and efficient"
"Full Welsh breakfast was good. However the avocado, eggs and toast was disappointing because of the mean amount of avocado and only one piece of toast. Huge contrast between the two breakfasts. Pillows were in urgent need of replacement, very uncomfortable."
"Our room was very modern, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely, breakfast was very good. The website mentions parking so bare that in mind - the road to the hotel is very narrow but does have free parking if needed. We were on the top floor with a side view of the castle, beach and the railway line which was perfect for us. We loved the lift."

"We received a really warm welcome. We stayed in the Tudor Room (all 6 rooms are themed); it was very comfortable with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Bottled water and plenty of decent tea & coffee. Lovely bathroom with a decent shower and plenty of hot water. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were plentiful and delicious. The staff are very welcoming and can't do enough to help. Even if you aren't visiting this particular part of Yorkshire we would recommend going slightly out of your way and stay at this little gem - you won't be disappointed!"
