"The outdoor hot tub, the heated water beds in the relaxation room. The terrace to have a coffee and so great to be able to wear your Robe all day even for lunch, a very chilled environment with a luxury experience can’t wait to come again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming a great experience for a trip away on your own to recharge."

"Start to finish was perfect, Olivia was extremely helpful and so welcoming an absolute asset to Champneys. The surroundings of the hotel being by lake was absolutely beautiful and calming. The restaurant and all the facilities were amazing especially the outdoor hot tub and in the relaxation room there is lie down water beds. Has everything to offer to feel deeply relaxed and the yoga class with candlelit experience was lovely. I had been extremely poorly for two years and this was exactly what I needed to feel so much better and to celebrate my birthday. 5 stars perfection, can’t wait to come back."

"I have been to the property several times and normally stay for a few days. However, on this occasion, I just stayed on the bed and breakfast option. We did include dinner in our stay and had the privilege of James‘s services. He was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. I would give him five stars! Highly recommend and I’ll be back soon"
