"A little bit dated but work in progress"

"Great central location, only a couple of minutes walk to the Prom! Really good breakfast, lots of choice. Comfy bed, I would stay here again."

"The weather!"

"Hosts very welcoming, we had room 14 and it had 2 singles and a double, I slept in single as it was so comfortable, massive tv, plenty tea/ coffee facilities and if I needed anything the hosts were amazing, I’d recommend the breakfast also, set us up for the day"

"Just dated but for the money I payed I was delighted"

"The location. A great central base"

"Nothing that mattered to our stay"

"Large room with double and single bed. TV. Shower. Hosts were very helpful in changing breakfast times to accommodate activities I had planned (running events) Room we had although next to a street was very quiet. Shower done the job. Radiator kept the room warm. Has a bar. It should be noted that this room was a budget price and should be rated accordingly. I qas happy with the value for money"

"Some repairs required but host recently purchased hotel and has refurbishment plans. Hot tap needed washer changed."
