"Room and showeroom not being clean. Hairs on pillows in bed, walls, floor and shower in shower room. Cobwebs in room. No working tv aerial, Dirty and stained bed throw/curtains etc, Thin windows (loud road), Thick black hair in breakfast sandwich. Maintainance needed in areas especially bathroom. Items also left in drawers from last guests and old bulbs etc."

"We had a lovely overnight break at Glencree, myself and my boyfriend thought it was an excellent location with everything being in walking distance, there was plenty of parking and Ian was very helpful with information about our check in and breakfast, the property was very clean and comfortable - we’d definitely stay again!"
