"All great- staff friendly, breakfast good, room comfortable."
"The only drawback was that the room was two flights up on a steep staircase. This may, however, my fault for not requesting a ground floor room at the time of booking."
"Melrose House is a charming and well-maintained place to stay, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just a short train ride from Victoria Station. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Penge East, the local train station. Trains run frequently, with the last departure around 00:30, making it easy to get back after a day in the city. The hosts were welcoming without being intrusive, which made the stay feel relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and very good. Overall, a great option if you prefer to stay slightly outside the busy city center."
"Nothing significant to mention."
"Lovely house, facilities, TV, staff, breakfast and bed - very close to Railway station to Victoria station, and on good bus route"
"Aucun."
"I arrived a bit early due to the rain and I was received by Wendy a nice lady. I got the key to my room which was on the top floor. The room very clean and spacious. Everything I needed was in the room. The bed was so comfortable to sleep too"

"Breakfast was very good. Spacious room with en suite and was nice and warm. Wi Fi and Tv very good. Parking was easy."
"The bed was a bit too too soft for us"
"Our room was a good size. It was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was great."
"Our private bathroom was across the landing rather than en-suite. This wasn’t actually a problem apart from the loo in the middle of the night!"
"The location worked out well, was within a few minutes walk of two railway stations. Calvin cooked a splendid full English (with scrambled eggs). I found it to be a quiet location but in easy reach of Penge high street shops and very handy for trains into the city."
"I was in a back bedroom and it felt like it could benefit from a refresh."
"Easily accessible and free parking"
"Separate bank groom but will ring next time to check as when booking it doesn’t stipulate which"
