Situated on the Skegness’s North Promenade seafront, North Parade Seafront Accommodation offers limited free parking and an on-site restaurant. Rooms overlook the bowling green or rose gardens. The local bus and train station are a 10-minute walk away, while local bus stops can be found outside the accommodation. WiFi is available in all the communal areas. North Parade Seafront Accommodation has a well-stocked bar, which during the winter season has limited opening but in the season there is bingo, games and entertainment. There is a guest lounge and a dining room serving breakfast and fresh home-cooked evening meals. All rooms are en-suite and provide tea/coffee-making facilities and TVs. "공용 공간이 매우 커서 시간 보내기 좋았어요. 공용 주방도 잘되어 있어서 요리하기 좋았습니다. 빨래는 유료입니다. 세탁기 건조기 둘 합쳐서 5파운드 였어요. 위치는 나쁘지 않았어요. 요크 시내까지 걸어서 20-30분 정도 걸립니다. 직원들도 친절하고 무엇보다 청소를 되게 깔끔히 합니다. 추천합니다!"

"Getting keys from the wall safe was easy. The place itself was lovely and quiet. Comfortable beds. Good heating. Nice small kitchen. Two bathrooms, one en-suite. Cosy living room. Good range of channels on the TV. Plus you are only a 10 minute walk from the Minster and old town, and only 20 minutes walk from the train station."
"Nice location right by the high street close to pubs and restaurants great feature have the suite with a bath in the bedroom as well as have a walk in shower in the bathroom soak and watch tv on the big tv it’s basically a posh studio flat. Great choice of breakfast if you go for it."
