The Vale Resort is set in 650 acres of beautiful Welsh countryside, just a 15 minute drive from Cardiff. The Resort features the largest spa in Wales, 2 championship golf courses and 2 restaurants. "It was just super! From the reception to the room! Everything was excellent! Breakfast! Pool, sauna, spa services! We ate in the restaurant and in the grill bar... it was very tasty!"

"I upgraded to an executive room and was very dissapointed in that some of the fittings and finishing touches were very tired looking. Our room door was unlocked and open when we arrived which was because it was quite difficult to close and we found we needed to push it very hard to close luckily we weren't up late or we'd disturbe guests by having to slam the door to close. The window frames were very tired looking and the verandah could do with a good clean (walls etc) The lights above our table in the restaurant were out of order which meant we needed to use the torch light on our phone to read the menu, and also were sat for 30 mins before we were able to order even a drink. The food however was beautiful despite time delays between courses."

"Room was little cooler than we wanted. And had a really dirty mark on one of the decorative cushions which was on our bed up by our pillows, I let reception know and they said the room always gets cleaned and changed over , not really a sorry, almost a attitude of it couldn’t of happened , i just wanted them to know for others that stay."

"공용 공간이 매우 커서 시간 보내기 좋았어요. 공용 주방도 잘되어 있어서 요리하기 좋았습니다. 빨래는 유료입니다. 세탁기 건조기 둘 합쳐서 5파운드 였어요. 위치는 나쁘지 않았어요. 요크 시내까지 걸어서 20-30분 정도 걸립니다. 직원들도 친절하고 무엇보다 청소를 되게 깔끔히 합니다. 추천합니다!"
