"Kim and Elwyn are fantastic hosts! The property is immaculate, very spacious. Kitchen is v well appointed, although we only used it for breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Shower rooms are spacious and clean. We had a problem with one shower head but it was immediately addressed and fixed (shower head replaced). The terrace was great for drying beach towels etc. The washing machine was v handy and we used it once. Very easy arrival and departure arrangements."

"We liked the location. It is a little bit of a hike from the beach but we had a car so no problem for us. The dogs and cockerels in the neighbourhood can be a little noisy 😅 but it’s part of the charm in my opinion."

"From beginning to end Kim and Elwyn were incredible hosts. We had everything we needed, including washing and drying facilities, they had also left some essentials in the fridge for us. The apartment itself is lovely and well furnished, exactly as the pictures show and just very comfortable and homey. Our hosts checked in with us in a non intrusive way to see if we needed anything, and were on hand for any support or questions we may have had. When I was checking out I had a bit of a personal issue and needed to stay in Grenada an extra day and Kim went above and beyond on a national holiday to help me out with somewhere to stay, and keep me dry (it's rainy season) and relaxed over a stressful time. I actually ended up staying there another night as the next guest cancelled. Really just wonderful, thank you both."

"I had a wonderful stay at Zayden’s Place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It’s set on a hill, which gives you a lovely view of local life! And just a short walk down the hill takes you to a nearby shop and the beach! Kim and her husband were very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable. Kim was especially kind and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to enjoy Grenada!"

"This is a lovely, large, new apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer. The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and exceptionally quick to respond to any questions or concerns. There is strong air con in both bedrooms and the beds are comfy."

It is in a great location a few minutes to Grand Anse Beach, a short drive to BBC Beach and the mall also is not to far either. the facilities where exceptional had everything we needed and more.
