"We were welcomed with the most delicious Khachapuri and wine, and the family was incredibly kind and hospitable. They truly made us feel at home from the very first moment. On our last day, they even drove us to the train station — such a thoughtful gesture! If you’re staying in Batumi or nearby, you should definitely stay here. Highly recommended!"

"I loved everything there The owners , the atmosphere , i felt that I'm with my family, the man give us a bottle of wine as a welcome drink, he made a cheese pie "khatchpuri" which is a traditional Georgian food Definitely I will come again and again... Big thanks 🙏"

"Cannot reccomend this place highly enough! Family-run guesthouse on the outskirts of Batumi. Exceptionally friendly hosts, we got free homemade wine and food. We were also picked up at the airport on arrival and driven to the train station when leaving at no extra charge. After one night the owners asked us if we wanted to change rooms as the room with sea-view had become available. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a common kitchen shared by the 4 or 5 rooms."

"Nothing to complain about regarding the guesthouse itself, but be aware that there is a drive of about 20 minutes to and from the center of Batumi, which could be up to an hour depending on traffic. Also, the closest grocery store is 15-20 minutes walk away."

"My experience was wonderful, as it's managed by an extremely warm and welcoming family, making you feel as though you are with your own kin. The location is serene and peaceful. The rooms are clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, always inquiring if you need anything - they are very accommodating. If you're planning to visit Batumi, I would recommend staying here without a doubt. I am certain that during my next visit to Batumi, I will be staying here again. "The location was excellent. Perfect rooms, perfectly-eqipped kitchen. The hosts were so kind and helpful.They are very open-minded people. We had such a warming welcome. They offered us home-made wine and food. They helped us with everything: transport whenever we needed it. Made reservations for us at restaurants. "Останавливался на 6 дней уже в конце сезона, из соседей была только интеллигентная семейная пара в другом конце коридора. Номер приятный, просторный, с большим балконом и панорамным окном. Есть компактный, но достаточно мощный холодильник, своя ванная комната. Все необходимое есть на этаже - кухня с чайником, микроволновкой и большим холодильником, фен, утюг и т. д. С парковкой никаких проблем даже для большой машины - у меня минивэн. А главное, хозяин гостевого дома Зураб очень гостеприимен! За время моего проживания угостил двумя бутылками домашнего вина высокого качества (лучше магазинного!), большим горячим хачапури, а потом еще и в дорогу дал винишко и настойку собственного производства. Диди мадлоба, Зураб!"

"В моем номере был немного слабоват сигнал вайфая. С перемещением на авто расположение удобное, особенно для путешествий по побережью, но пешком до пляжа нужно будет пройтись."

"Очень уютный гостевой дом! В номере чисто, сухо, удобный матрас и новое постельное бельё. Есть общая кухня со всем необходимым и бесплатная стиральная машина. Из окна открывается красивый вид на море. Хозяева радушные, Зураб и Гулико ❤️угощали вкусным домашним вином и имеретинскими хачапури. При приезде Зураб отвез нас в магазин, чтобы мы сразу могли купить продукты на завтрак и даже предложил лари, потому что мы не успели обменять еще. Когда уезжали, тоже помог доехать до автовокзала. Отличное место для отдыха недалеко от Батуми! Автобусы и маршрутки до Батуми, Чакви, Сарпи ходят часто, пользовались услугами такси тоже, цены адекватные."

"Очень дружелюбные люди, встретили и проводили, оказывали помощь в любом вопросе, угощали. Есть все удобства: фен, стиральная машина, утюг, посуда, удобные кровати. Предложили лучше номер с видом на море,с балконом, шикарные закаты! Рекомендую"
